I’m coming here months after purchase because I knew it would solidify my opinion. It’s a good size and lot of filler so it stays cold for a LONG time which was important to me. At first it’s too frozen but it improves in a few minutes of use and I think it helps it stay nice and cold. I have noticed a little sound at the snaps to indicate a little leak but I just don’t squeeze it there and it’s not an issue. The bag is less of a case and more just plastic but the seal has been used many times and still works and i do like it not smelling like the freezer, more than I thought!

My husband loves it. It's heavy enough to add compression without being too much. It chills off very nice. The fabric surrounding the actual ice pack is good

This was a little bit more than I expected. It freezes well but is pliable so wraps around the neck. Comes with a bag for easy storage.

Gel started leaking out of snap closure areas. :( Otherwise, sorted through the other basic issues (ie; bulky when frozen, etc.) and it did work well, in my opinion. Attempted to return it within return date but the site wouldn't allow processing the return. Bummed!!

It works but it’s super bulky and big so it’s hard to get it around your neck. It does get nice and cold and it lasts for a good hour. Doesn’t come with a cover though so wrap a light cloth on your neck first.

It’s extremely wide and uncomfortable and doesn’t sit properly around your neck

Bought two for my wife. She absolutely uses them both. Uses one and when it gets warm grabs other and refreezes one she was using
