First time I’ve used this and the Magnet is not strong enough to go through 1/2” sheet rock, it feels very strong in your hand but no go through the wallVery disappointed

Works great through a piece of paper but doesn’t work at all through 1/2” drywall. Magnets are too weak.

This magnet isn't that strong and a much stronger magnet would be much better.

Thought it was a lot bigger but magnet will catch on to existing wire so be careful that would have been a bigger problem
