I had problem with the bike so I emailed customer service, told them what was going on and they were very understanding and sent all the things I needed to fix the bike. The bike was still under warranty so there was no charge 5 star rating for PASELEC customer service.

Wow what can i say about the Paselec GS9 electric bike? it's got everything you need, Everything! Everything! 3 in fat tires, 8 speed shimano shifter, full suspension, hydraulic brakes, 13ah battery! and a 500w motor that peaks near 800w! And the best part ,it doesn't look like an ebike. People ask me all day is it electric, is that bike electric? It's getting on my nerves now lol! This ebike fits in everywhere. I would ride this bike to the opera, the movies, the doctors office, and a great commuter for work. This is the perfect ebike in my opinion. Only missing rack and fenders! But the bike is so classic looking, why would you want to make it look goofy? That's just my opinion. This is my 4th Paselec bike, and I'm extremely happy with they're bikes. Customer service is top notch, they are so helpful. Good dependable transportation. Don't just take my word for it! Get one for yourself! You won't regret it!

I use this on desert trails and it’s awesome. I can get a workout on it by setting the assist to low or turn it up and use the throttle to cruise. Lots of fun!

Can use with or without electric power

Awesome electric bike 🚴. Great for the price. I bought it for commute to work, so far good no problems. I would recommend this bike great for all terrain.

Bike is nice, instructions are not easy to read and came with a broken screen.

I looked at a lot of options for a reasonably priced electric mountain bike, and settled on the GS9 Pro for it's powerful 500 watt motor, quality build & features, reasonable weight (for an electric mountain bike) and 27.5" tires. The bike seems well built, very comfortable, has plenty of power and is smooth to operate. The battery seems to last very well, but I've had some recent problems with some error messages as I've climbed harder trails. I have about 200 miles on my bike and the company is working with me to send the necessary repairs for my error code. I hope this is not going to be a problem in the long run, but so far, they seem to be responsive. I am 165 lbs, and could barely get the rear shock to move at all. So, I decided to replace it for an air adjustable model, to give me more control with the rear suspension. That's made a lot of difference, and the ride is much better for me. Buying online can be a concern, so I'll update this after my parts are sent and I'm back on the road. I've been happy happy with my GS9 Pro until this problem, and hopefully, it will be resolved soon.
