Q: Is this product really as good as advertised?

I purchased this product based upon their claims and because i had tried every other type of pet hair remover. None of them lived up to their claims. I can honestly say that Uproot Cleaner Pro works better than any other product I've used in my 50 years of being owned by animals.

Q: Will this work on berber carpet?

No, it will not work well on Berber carpets :/

Q: All the videos I’ve seen show large wads of what they say is hair & lint, but it looks more like it shaved fiber off of carpet. Worried about damage?

My experience has been that it’s just removing hair and lint from our carpet. We do apply some pressure and it feels and sounds pretty rough, but our carpet is fine. Our carpet actually looks brand new after we use this tool. We use it on our dog’s very soft blanket as well with hardly any pressure and the fur comes right off. You decide how much pressure you want to apply and adjust it according to the surface you’re cleaning. The results might vary though depending on the type of carpeting and how old it is, but this tool hasn’t damaged our carpet at all.

Q: Will it work on a suede type material on couch?

Based on my use of this item, I would say there's no doubt it would work wonderfully, although I haven't specifically tried it on suede.
