Nice variety of spices. Great for vegetables. I'm trying to increase my intake of vegetables and these spices are making it easier.

They are vegetarians and were excited to try these spices out.

I was very disappointed upon opening the package that it had a hazardous chemical warning.

I personally love exploring pre-made Spice mixtures by companies. I think when it comes to cooking many of us can fall into a rut and one easy way for that to happen is when you're seasoning your food. It happens so easily, you know which seasonings and spices you like so you find yourself reaching for the same ones over and over and before you know it everything you make kinda tastes the same and that gets super bland after a while.When you get a pre-made spice mixture you're taking that equation out of your hands and getting to try something new. One thing that stood out to me about this product was the fact it was advertised as being for 'Veggie Lovers' which made it a little unique since most of these things often bill themselves exclusively for meat. Well sometimes vegetables need a pick-me-up too! So I was excited to give it a shot.The FIRST thing I noticed when I opened one of the jars was how FRAGRANT the scent is. That curry powder? Wow. If you've bought Curry powder from a regular store you know what kind of scent you usually get, something very mild and barely there but eh, close enough. Not this one. This is knock your socks off curry (blend). Passing it around to my household everyone was instantly excited to add it into the food.Suffice it to say it tasted just as amazing as it smelled.Another thing I really loved about this set was they gave us some salt-free options. Its always good to be a little health conscious and sometimes you need some spices that taste good AND aren't sodium-loaded, especially for your family members suffering from high blood pressure. With this they can also get a delicious flavor without having to worry about their intake too much.The packaging is pretty elegant, the glass of the jars is sturdy and the lids snap on and close well. It checks all my boxes and I just can't wait to toss it onto more things.PS. One way I use it to get the best of both worlds? Sprinkle some of this on your cut up veggies and let them cook a little THEN add them to something like fish and form a thick marinade paste of veggies and broth for the fish to poach in. Absolutely delicious.

This is a really nice collection of spices that compliments vegetables or proteins. They are nicely packaged and the spices are in glass jars. The flavors are distinct and don’t overlap in flavor profiles, so it’s a nice gift for someone just starting their kitchen or getting into cooking. The Cantanzano is my favorite. It is clearly an Italian herb blend, but it is different (and tastier) than the average stuff you pickup at the grocery store. I really like the Capitol Hill mix for roasting veggies and beef. The Cuban Island and the curry have been good with chicken so far. I like that they mark which blends are salt free. Everything was fresh and full of flavor.

They work great to spread the meat I pressure cook for my doggies. The there side of the fork should be Smoot like the front because it huts your hand, over all I really like them.

Returning. There is a warning that the product may contain lead that has caused cancer in rats

Wife and i are trying to eat more and more veggies and need something to help literally spice things up. We get some of the frozen packs of veggies in the frozen section, and after cooking add some of this spices to them, they taste good on the 3 we tries so far, and even used one as a grilling seasoning while cooking some chicken and it worked great with the grilled veggies.
