Since I could not obtain fresh, I tried this product. Great aroma when you open the bag. Just put in a glass for a few moments with water, drain and use. Great for pizzas as well.

A big bag of peppers for the price, l had ordered from a different seller before this and got a very small amt. For the same price.

I use dried green peppers frequently and these are wonderful, well worth the price I use to find these at the grocery store but no more for many years then I could get them at Natural Food Stores but no more So found on Amazon and I am so happy Thank you

Just add water and set aside for a couple of hours to allow time to absorb the water.
