I just started taking this but so far so good. The first day I took on in the morning and one at night to avoid nausea. Now I’m taking both at night and I haven’t had any issues. Hoping it helps to keep me healthy! I like all the ingredients, especially the addition of sea moss!

I take Quercetin daily to support my immune health and love that this supplement includes zinc, vitamins C and D and elderberry! The capsules are easy to swallow and complete! These are prefect for immune health.

I have been taking these for almost a year and they seem to help build my immune system up.

Since about 2020 I’ve been taking a combination of vitamins to try and rebuild my immune system since having some major surgeries. This mixture has most of the vitamins combined that I was taking. I’ve been taking over 6 months and haven’t had even a runny nose

Update: the company reached out and corrected the problem. I am looking forward to my new bottle. I’ve been missing these!I’ve been using this for months and was very happy with it until I received a bottle that smelled so rancid I couldn’t take them. Amazon refunded my money and I received my next bottle in auto ship . Although it isn’t as bad as the previous bottle, it still makes me want to gag whenever I open the bottle so I haven’t been taking them. Not sure what happened but ugh!! 😩

Easy to swallow. Size is appropriate. I swear by these! Highly recommend!!!!!
