Do the motors include the encoders?

The motors have encoders, but none of the projects use them, so there are no instructions on how to wire them to the controllers or software to use them.

Can i program and operate this car without an android or ios device?

Our mobile now is using UDP protocol to send command to robot car. UDP is a simple and reliable protocol to communicate with Arduino and ESP8266 chip. But we can only use Mobile APP to send UDP control signal to robot car. If you want to use PC to control the robot, you need use HTTP instead of UDP protocol and run a small web server on the robot car. Then you can use browser to control the car. This is a little bit diffcult for normal users and also not reliable compared with UDP. So we don't provide detail tutorial on such HTTP solution. If you are interested to know how to run a web server in Arduino, contact our offical website service, they will tell the tutorial link.

What's the maximum load this Robotic Car can support?

The max weight of the robot car chassis carrying is 3kg. As the acrylic plate is above the metal car chassis and the material is fragile,the full robot car may just carry less 1kg.
