They are cute babies. I won’t be putting water in it - that screams mold to me. I wanted a baby for my toddler to take in the bath with her and this was cheap enough to get and not feel like I wasted money. We got the white and medium colors. I like the hazel eyes of the baby so we kept the medium colored. They do have a weird smell right out of the box.Durability: 3 starsDaughter approved: 5 starsI hope this helps!

The doll looks as expected, it does hold water and luckily no leaks so far. I did notice some thin areas around the legs, were it connects to the body. When I say thin, the material is thinner in those areas then the other and the color is affected, but not alot. My niece had played with it everyday since she has gotten it, she has taken it into the bath , dropped it off a 3 foot porch onto concrete/dirt and the doll has held up just fine and did not lose or leak any water.

UPDATE: One year later, still doing great. No holes, not issues at all and it's played with a lot! This little doll is almost as good as the original! Changed from 2 stars to 5. Worth the buy.When I received the doll it had what looked like purple marker on the crease of the legs and the arms. Whenever we filled it up with water, the marks were more visible and as I looked at them, I could see the water flowing underneath the babies skin where the rubber was so thin in these areas. It's not a matter of if but when it will bust. We're still having fun with it. The worst it's going to do is leave a watermark somewhere lol. Just don't make things like they used to.

We used this for a prop for into the woods. It was perfect. The water weight was great for on stage. After the play my daughter got it. She loves it

Best toy ever one of my favorite toy. I have had one once, And then I bought one again after I donated the first one. Great toy! Only had it for one day, I am a nine-year-old girl. I got this doll and I really like it.
