Good value battery bank
This battery bank has so far been stellar to use. The included cords are a great thing to have and are long enough to actually be usable. The pop-out phone cradle is a little gimmicky but does actually work as intended. The quick-charge capability works both ways; the battery can charge my phone "rapidly", according to Android, and the battery itself can charge to full in an hour or 2 on my quick-charge wall charger. We'll see how long it lasts, but I've noticed no diminished capacity after fully charging and draining it at least 10 times now. Here's hoping it continues working as well as it has been.Update June 2020: After using this battery regularly for several months, it has begun to fail. The full-size USB port and the USB-C port have both stopped working; the USB-C is dead completely, and the regular USB port works if I apply pressure to one side of the plug when inserted. What's more, the unit occaisionally just stops charging, even if I have something plugged in. This is very frustrating, as I have walked away from the unit and left it charging a device, only to come back and find that it stopped charging for no reason and my device is still dead. Overall, I cannot recommend this particular unit due to quality concerns, and I intend to stay away from this brand for future purchases.

Fits the need
I’ve only had it for a few days, but my first impressions are positive.I like:The window display that shows remaining power. The kickstand/support so you can prop your phone up to see it while charging if you want. The fact it has a USB-C in/out, plus 2 x regular USBThe fact I can just rest my phone on it to charge with no cables needed.I have an iPhone Pro Max with a hefty case which isn’t great with MagSafe, but it works. The charger came with a metal disc that you can attach to the back of the case which helps it stay attached to the charger, and my MagSafe charging discs, better and that’s great. It charges my phone great, but I haven’t tested it yet to see how many charges I’ll get.Charging the external battery is best if you do it with something like a 20W charger with a USB-C to USB-C cord. I just let it charge overnight. It’s big, but I don’t mind the size because my other external batteries are also large with higher capacity and I’d rather have something big that’ll charge my device multiple times, and that’ll charge multiple devices.

This is a pretty good power bank but….
EDIT: company contacted me to get problem fixed. Well, it got fixed and am happy with the fix. I had a problem with the power bank. Otherwise this is a good power bank, pretty good stand, though I wish it had rubber feet so it wouldn’t slide about so easily. Does last me pretty much all day charging multiple phones and a switch. Does charge at 12v1.5A and does output a full 20W, or 19.8W according to a usb meter as it charged my iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Highly Recommend! Loves cables attached & built-in phone stand
It takes me a long time to purchase something bc I comparison shop & check out reviews. Like all things, has awesome reviews & some bad. Someone said they loved it til it stopped being so functional so this review is based on today.Today- I would highly recommend! Love that the cables are neatly attached to battery & that it has a built in stand that holds my phone too! It is about as tall as my Samsung Galaxy S9+ with case. I'm thinking of buying a Hermitshell Hard Travel Nylon Case fits Anker PowerCore 26800 (Large) which can store both phone, battery pack & cables. It has an elastic that can also hold you phone on the outside of the case. Definitely good purchases.Should this cease to be amazing, I will update.

I got ask by person what is that thing
Bought this device during a trip and love it.I opted for this charger because it’s MAGSAFE but also has extra USB slots for other devices. I like the digital percentage indicator on the side, but also shows you this battery drain faster than other same capacity battery charger I have.During a flight, person asked what is that thing because it’s a stand and magnet attachment.

Will not wirelessly-magsafe charge iPhone13max
Headline says it all. Returned first one thinking it was the unit I had, but this one does the same thing. Will contact seller to see if they have a solution. If they do and resolve quickly, I will update.Update 1: I thought I had found it was me - that the %power needs to be displayed before MagSafe attaching for recharge. Nope - no MagSafe charging today at all. Will return for refund.

Powerful and works as advertised
Really glad I bought this. I need a great charger for traveling but I've wound up just using this day-to-day because it's so convenient. My device has a USB C port.Pros: Slim profile. Stylish color. The built in cords mean I don't have to carry as many cords with me. (Note that an outlet for the wall is still required, and a cord from the plug to the charger is helpful or may even be needed as well.)Cons: A bit heavy. You have to just adjust it so the phone and charger can be in the right position. Can take a while to charge itself when plugged into the wall (but just leave it for a day and it'll be fine).

Absolutely Thrilled... Then Incredibly disappointed.
I purchased this item a few months ago and was so thrilled with it because It was able to charge my phones quickly and I always need powerbanks because my kids never carry one. I loved the stand and used it in my office and the good idea fairy told me to buy 3 more. UNFORTUNATELY.... after a couple of months.... it stopped working... You are able to plug it in so that it stores power but there is no way you can transfer that power to your phone either wired or wireless... I have cleaned the surface of the charger with alcohol as well as the back of my phone (although I always like to keep it clean) I re-cleaned it... (in case) NOPE. Summarized version... I have 1 out of the 4 powerbanks working sometimes... other time... none of them. SOOOO DISAPPOINTED.
