Good replacement
The original pads had started to flake apart on me - these were quite easy to fit on my Poly Voyager Focus 2 and it feels comfy like new again - 2 months on I am still very happy with this replacement.

Fits great and easy to put on. My plantronics headset original earpieces covers disintegrated after years of use even though the rest of the headset worked great. This product looked to be a match for replacement, and it fit perfectly. Very happy with the ease of it putting them on.
