Pet Passport US: Pet Passport Health Records

About to start crossing the US-Can border daily for work. Hopefully this makes life a little easier. Well marked sections for shot records, doctors notes, microchip data and a picture. Rabies shot has its own section even. My only suggestion for improvement is a vinyl cover or an add on protective cover. Going to take it to an office store and see if they can laminate it.

I needed this to send a dog to Germany. The vet is filling it out.

Didn't like it at all. The European one is so much better I was hoping to be able to get one in the states but that want happen. Once again we are be hind them in something else. It was to big, not a lot of pages, print quality was poor.

The interior is all the same pages. I wish it had place for more info and even a photo of the dog or cat. I wouldnt have bought it if i had seen the inside.

I like this passport because it has lots of pages and space. It's just a little big. I can't carry it with my own passport when traveling abroad.

Useful product. All health records in one booklet.Traveled with my dog and it worked perfect for us.

This is a very poor version of a pet passport. The identification and veterinary detail is not itemized correctly, the printing is blurry and the overall size is far too large. Looks and feels like a grade school children's project.
