Buy with Confidence. High Quality
This garden bed kit is impressive to me from start to finish. I was worried about the possibility of shipping damage. Not a problem. Arrived in sturdy box, each piece of the side of the bed was fully wrapped in plastic to keep the sidewalls from scratching each other. They were well packed. The small parts were in a padded bag and no parts were missing. The instructions were easy to follow. The unit itself, when completely put together, was light enough to easily carry to our garden spot. We filled it with dirt and it gained added strength. We ordered the 8 foot by 2 foot unit, 17” tall. It is perfect. I plan to add another bed next spring. The paint was well done and there were no dents or scratches anywhere. I have never received an item from Amazon that was better packed, with all the pieces (even extra hardware) and so easy to put together. The part I liked best? Included is a tight fitting, rubber like piece of molding to go around the top of the bed. As I installed that piece I thought, okay, this piece will be a little too short to go all the way around. Wrong, it was plenty long enough with a few inches to spare. No problems. Love this product.

Worth the cost
Over the course of two years I've increased to 6 of these Vego Garden raised beds, a real upgrade from the wood bed and random pots I'd been growing vegetables in. The quality is excellent. The materials aren't flimsy and the beds are sturdy and maintain their shape when filled with dirt. Assembly is tedious, but not a complete deal breaker. The first time ever assembling one took awhile, but now it takes me a little over an hour of continuous work to assemble one completely. Speed of assembly greatly increased when Vego switched to a nut design that had the washer already attached to it, versus having to put a separate washer and nut on each bolt. I think assembly would be easier if I had some sort of ratcheting wrench or even a drill with a socket attachment to tighten everything. Since I don't, I use the tiny socket wrench enclosed with the parts kit, which is a tedious task. Each metal panel is wrapped on both sides with plastic that has to be removed, but once you get a corner pull started, the plastic rips off quickly. I've bought so many of these because they're sturdy and I really like the olive green color. I think it makes my garden area look planned and intentional, versus thrown together. The major drawback is cost. There are other cheaper alternatives offered here on Amazon--but I think quality varies greatly according to reviews. I guess I'd rather pay more for something I know will last a long time, claims to be made of food safe materials, and won't fall apart or rust-- especially since I'm growing edible items in the beds.

Great garden beds, worth the higher price
I bought these after reading a ton of reviews of similar products. They're very easy to assemble and look great. I can tell they're well made and there's good attention to detail. I haven't bought any of the cheaper ones I saw on here, but I read a lot of reviews for them, and I think these are very worth the higher price tag and will last much longer and continue looking better than the cheaper versions.

My First Impressions!
This review will be updated as we begin our first time gardening experience with raised beds so that we can report the convenience and integrity of the product in the future. We chose the Vego Garden 9-in1metal raised beds and set up the 6.5’ by 3.5’ configuration and purchased four of the gardens. This gives us 128 cubic feet of garden space. The boxes came in four days and were damage free. The product was well packed and had all the parts listed in the instructions. The company included a few extra nuts, bolts, and screws. We ordered the olive green and they blend very well with the landscape. My husband put the first one together by himself and then we both worked on the other three, making it much easier. Many reviews mention the difficulty in removing the plastic sheets that protect each panel. The sheets on the inside of each panel peeled off very easily. The outside sheet took a little longer, not difficult, but takes patience. It took me about 45 minutes per garden to remove the plastic film (I was not in a hurry.)Many reviews mentioned that the panels scratched easily. We did not have that problem but I am sure that if I ran a sharp object against the panels, they would scratch. My husband worked on the inside of the panels putting the washers and nuts on the bolts that I inserted from the outside. We waited until all the panels were in place before tightening each bolt. My husband used a drill with a 10mm socket to tighten the bolts. I would occasionally have to use a Phillips head screwdriver to hold a screw that wouldn’t tighten. After the entire garden was together, we placed the rubber safety edging around the top edge of the garden. Total time for us to complete one raised garden was 35 minutes. This is construction only, not removing the plastic film.We both feel that the gardens seem sturdy and are a quality product. Some reviewers were concerned about the garden bed bowing out after filling with soil. It doesn’t seem like the metal garden is that flimsy. We are going to use the Hugelkultur technique to fill the beds. I will write an update to this review to share how this worked. So far, we are satisfied with the Vego Garden and look forward to filling them!UPDATE: My first year with the VegoGarden raised gardens and hugelkultur was a success! I made some mistakes in plant placement and I hope to improve things this year. I even canned some tomatoes and made pickles. I will need to add some more soil to top the gardens off this year and I’ll add some leaves/compost to replace nitrogen. I’m very happy with my first year using the Vego Garden.

Easy gardening
Great galvanized planters that don't rust. I bought 2 last year and was really impressed by the great performance. I raised tomatoes and pickles in one and flowers and herbs in the other one. It was easy weeding and I had a good yield. I liked them enough to buy 2 more this year. The raised planters will save a lot of work digging up the whole garden. Ideal for older gardeners with back problems. They are sturdy and reasonable priced.

Wonderful product
This was so easy to put together, it’s sturdy and the edges are not sharp. They gave great, easy instructions and their website has wonderful videos! Great product. Wish I had 10 of them!

The beds work well but no bars come with them
I expected the version I bought to come with the bars to fasten to the inside and stop buckling but was able to bushcraft stainless wire to the nuts and it seems to do the trick. Fingers crossed
