I ordered the skylight in the morning ,received it later the same day !! Brilliant !!...bought it for my elderly mums birthday, the set up instruction are clear & easy to follow , the size is great ,I bought 10 inch , it's very sturdy & sleek ...lots of useful features on setting.....my mum absolutely loves this, she can't wait to get up & open the photos sent , really good when any of friends or family are away ...we can just send the photos , I sometimes edit the photo with a message before sending....in fact my mum watches her frame instead of the tv !! ...brilliant idea , great quality & customer service ,extremely happy 😊

A fantastic idea and it works perfectly. Syncing photos to the device is easy with the app, uploading photos is fine - don’t try to upload more than 10 at a time though as I tried to upload more after spending a good 30 mins going through my photo library for the app to crash. Really lovely gift

It was a gift for my 80th birthday I love it I’ve transferred literally hundreds of old photographs onto it .Its easy to use even at my age and the quality is great certainly value for money

Great quality and easy to set up and use.

I’ve bought a few of these as gifts now – perfect for parents and grandparents.Setup is really simple, and the touchscreen makes it easy for less techy family members to use.The ability to send photos via email is brilliant and has made it really easy to keep everyone updated with new pics.Decent screen size and a crystal clear image quality.The downside is the freemium model. You have to pay extra for things like video playback, captions, and cloud features – which feels a bit cheeky considering the frame itself isn’t cheap. Would’ve liked a few of those features to be included by default.That said, as a basic photo frame it works great, and the simplicity is a big plus. Just be aware of the subscription if you want the full set of features.

By far one of my favourite purchases of allTime. We have this set up in our living room and are constantly updating it with family photos via the app. My children love to see their photos both old and new popping up.The clarity is excellent, size is big but it looks classy, it is touch screen, has very good capacity and lots of choices to personalise itThis was such a hit in our house that we bought a skylight for both sets of grandparents too. We love to suprise themMy adding new photos via our family log in. They get a lot of joy seeing the new photos of all the grandkids popping up

Great product except:1. Came supplied with a plug that I don't recognise. Not UK household, or EU, or USA.Returned unopened.Subsequently found that the plug needs to be 'reassembled'.2. Before you can use it you must create an account.You MUST provide your phone number of 9 digits.Otherwise you can't create an account.My phone number consists of (at least) 11 digits, so I can't use the frame.(Recently solved by making the number optional. Why do they need it?).3. You can choose how long each picture is shown-for. Up to nearly 4 minutes! I want an hour, at least.4. You must sanction each contributor before they can post photos. But you can't do them all at once. You have to wait for each one to send their first photos.5. You can't download the photos from the site (say, if you want to edit a picture).6. You need to buy the app, for another £15 to get decent functionality.7. I did a check of the fit of 4x3 and 16x9 pictures. When loaded on the device, neither fits properly. They can't even display them on the web properly!!!!8. You can display videos as well as photos. But you need to pay an extra £35 for the privilege.

Decent frame, good picture quality,However.I bought a rival company's frame at the same time for considerably less.And I have to say it out performs the skylight for both app ease of use.Editing options of photos and positioning of photos is easier/possible.Free video uploads to frame.An extra £39.00 a year with skylight.Which I was not made aware of before purchasing.Would I recommend or buy another skylight?No probably not.With better supported. Lower costing equally as good if not better frames out there it would be silly to.Shame really as picture is good but that's about all it has going for it.
