I just friction fitted these into one of my dowel racks, they’re strong enough to hold my combination squares, steel hole punches, and both of my Suizan flush cut Japanese pull saws. I tried hanging a full size hammer from one but it’s not quite strong enough for that, but i would think one of the bigger size magnets could hold it. These were my first purchase of Neodymium magnets and they didn’t disappoint.

Have these on all my rc drift cars. They are the perfect strength. Not too strong so the body rips if you pulled it and not so weak so that the body dismounts from minor bumps on walls/rails.

Out of 30, 3 shattered. So not bad. They are brittle, not once you discover the breaking point, just don't go there again.

One of the magnets arrived broken, the polarity of about 40% of these was different than the rest so i could not use them for what i intended to.

Very strong magnets and with the countersink hole the can be mounted to almost anything.

These magnets were pretty disappointing. First of all, the break really easily and are on the brittle side. It takes extra care to secure them with the screw, and if you accidentally go too tight the magnet will snap in half. Second they are not nearly as strong as advertised. I’ve used true neodymium magnets that are half the size that are twice as strong as these. I had to use double the magnets with this set than the originals that I was using before (the reason I replaced the original is that I now need to secure items to wood, rather than a steel strip). Either way I would not recommend these for anything valuable or sharp (knives are definitely a no go). Make sure it’s super light (definitely less than a pound, if not less).
