The delivery experience and product quality both fell well below acceptable standards.Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the chair was damaged. The packaging was ok to protect the product during shipping, but the result was visible damage to multiple components. This suggests serious issues with both quality control and shipping procedures.The overall build quality is subpar, with several concerning issues:- Components arrived broken and damaged- Unacceptable quality control standardsI cannot recommend this chair to other customers given my experience. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your furniture needs.I have reached out to customer service regarding these issues and await their response.
