Awesome chairs - easy to assemble
The chairs came in very large padded boxes. Minor assembly needed build the chair. Took less than 5 minutes with 2 people. Rest is awesome. Back support is better than most dining or office chairs. It does catch fingerprints though. But it looks so amazingly different that its worth the effort.

Unstable, poorly balanced. Moreover neither Amazon not the seller is interested in after sale services.
