Totally disappointed with this product, struggle to take the lid off every I need to apply it. Often taking the tip off as it opens and there is hardly any eye liner in there.

I've been using these for a while, buying them from my local supermarket. So when I saw them at half price here, I jumped at the chance. Generally, they're great for tight-lining the upper lid in a more natural way than liquid liner, and can be smudged well for a more natural blended look.Every time I've bought one elsewhere, it came with a clear cellophane wrapper and the "lead" inside the pencil has been perfectly flat. This one arrived without the wrapper and with clear angled use on the lead. So I'm almost certain it's not new. Not very hygienic if true!

The cap does not come off easily at all and the actual “pencil” part is not pointed, but cylindrical in shape. The point is flat so it is tough to apply a line of consistent width. The pencil furthermore does not deposit colour smoothly or softly. It’s like drawing on your eye with an aquarelle pencil - dry and uneven.

Good value for money paid, but not something I will buy again, as it stays good 4 hours on but after starts to smudge and hello panda eyes.
