Mini Projector Portable 1080P Full HD Supported, 7000 Lux Video Projector Compatible with TV Stick HDMI USB, Multimedia Home Movie Theater Projector

The VO8 model is a budget entry model aimed more towards children, or people who just don’t want any complications when setting up and watching a film.It still offers all the expected connectivity option of HDMI, AV, TF, AUX and VGA, but the simple menu screen makes it very simple to set up for gaming, using a Firestick to stream Amazon Prime or Netflix, or my preference is to use a hard drive or USB stick containing mpeg4 movies.Like all QKK models the picture quality of the projector is great, projecting a crystal-clear image onto my 100-inch screen, with crisp edges and no blur.Picture brightness, colour etc can be customised, which is useful when the ambient outside light may be brighter or darker, depending on your set up and the time of the day you are using the projector. There are also picture multiple picture and sound pre-sets to choose from. (Cinema, sport etc)The built-in speaker is good and worked perfectly well in a smaller indoor space. For a larger space you will most likely want to hook up a mini-PC sound bar via the headphone port like I did (AUX cable included) – and using the projectors remote control for controlling the speaker volume, however if your child is using it for gaming, they will most likely have their headset plugged in any way!This projector can certainly be used outdoors, however for me, this is ideal for the children to use in their bedroom or a playroom for gaming and screening the occasional film.I bought a portable screen solution for the garden (Screen Home Cinema 266X150Cm (120 '') 16: 9 Mobile Projector Screen from Amazon), as I wanted something portable and retractable for outdoor use. and a smaller 100-inch screen to hang up when using indoors.I would also definitely recommend a hard protective to keep it safe and make it easy to transport – especially if this is for a child’s Christmas present! I went with the co2CREA EVA Hard Travel case for QKK Projector /QKK AK-81 /Mini Projector, and this holds the VO8 projector well, including the remote, all the included cables, and instruction booklet. (see picture)I would highly recommend this product. For the price it is an unbelievable stocking filler, and for the fun it will deliver, it is an absolute bargain.It is a must purchase for Christmas, but its versatility means it is ideal for spring, summer. autumn and winter! 5 stars.

The media could not be loaded.  Got this as a first projector to try out. At less than £50 I was not expecting 4k or super brightness. But the level of detail is good and would sit well as a TV in a darker room.It is not bright enough enough to use in daylight. We have a blackout blind In the kids room.Used it with the amazon fire stick and as seen in the video the pc games. Good enough for kids.I will say the sound is better than expected too It projects well in the room. The video sound is only 40 of 100.Bad point is the inevitable fan noise at this price point but it is not noticed when sound is up and film is running.Overall happy with this and glad it is able to show at 1080p as well.

The media could not be loaded.  Great buy. Especially for the price. This projector is perfect for moving from room to room around the house as it’s small and lightweight. We have used it both during the day with blinds shut and of a night. The picture is still really clear during the day. I have connect both my firestick and phone to play through and there is also the option to connect laptops etc. The sound plays really good and I was surprised not to hear the fans but clear sound from the movie. We have used it in many different rooms in the house an even when you only have a small clearance you still get a surprisingly big pic. Really good product that gives you the cinema feeling from home

When I first received this projector I set it up in the office. It wasn't bright in the office but the picture was barely visible. The picture quality seemed poor. I was unimpressed. The seller is deluded to think this is 6000 lumens - seriously?!The standard test of playing the Miami Dolphins Cheerleaders was not entirely stirring. So a BIG disappointment!I was going to return it.But, in a dark room, it came alive even when projected on a fairly dodgy surface. The sound from the internal speaker is pretty much what you'd expect.The keystone works but loses focus top/bottom and, as others mention, its a little fuzzy in the corners anyway. Straight on is probably best for a good result.The fan noise is noticeable but I tend to use headphones. It's not super loud but it would get irritating unless you have the volume right up.I ran it from an iPad with a genuine Apple HDMI adapter using Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Plex, iPlayer, Youtube and others. No problems from any of them, but if you let the iPad sleep you sometimes have to close/reopen the app to get it playing again. More of an Apple issue perhaps.It's light and portable and seems fairly solidly constructed.I keep having to remember its a £50 projector which is amazing. But, in the back of my mind, I still want a brighter, sharper, native 1080p projector.[edit 8/3/22] Now using it with a Chromecast with the same apps above. Noticeably better quality picture. More impressed. Still not 1080p native though ;-)

I have so much reverence for this product. The picture quality is fantastic. The picture I've provided doesn't do it real justice either. The lumens are so great that you can get a picture whilst there's reasonable light. The fan doesn't exist whilst the movie is playing, which leads me to my next point, the volume. A jack cable is provided, which is amazing, I love those small attention to details. However, I was really impressed with the volume, I can listen to a movie with the volume midway quite comfortably, with no fan noise at all.For the money spent, its a real no brainer. I'm actually amazed at the quality for the cost. Its durable, compact and light to carry. I bought the tripod for it, and I can literally set it up anywhere. The kids are absolutely engrossed by it, and who am I kidding, I am engrossed by it. Trust me, you wont regret it!
