Q: How many drops of the drying agent solution to use? Do you take something to dry out the solution?

I just used a couple of drops of hydrogen peroxide as the drying agent. It seemed to work well.

Q: Does this come with the solution? Is it just water?

It is just the spray bottle. You can purchase a wax softening solution at any store or you can use a 50/50 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water. Put the softening solution into your ear canal and let sit for 15 minutes then rinse out the solution using the WaxBgone removal kit

Q: Can you use this with ear tubes?

I wouldn't. A lot of water goes into the ear.
