This is great for me! I absolutely love that it has nooooo added rubbish, just the powder which I stir into yogurt usually. It helps with migrains, rls and sleep. It's great with its minimal packaging and I'm disappointed it's not available just now. Frankly I wish more vitamins and supplements were produced like this, without massive plastic packaging or capsules/tablet additives. Doing it this way is a great saving for the customer, the producer and the planet! Please restock this product! 😁

Tried this for restless leg syndrome for my husband and it works! I've also heard about using it as an alternative medicine for a number of ailments, namely pain relief and to be used as a carrier into the bloodstream for other methods. If this interests you, it's worth looking it up. I now use this myself to help ease the pain I have from hip problems. The pain doesn't completely disappear but it has lessened. I hope this comes back in stock.

I’ve read about the benefits of magnesium for a while now. I decided to give it a go. This powder takes a long time to dissolve. But it is definitely worth it. Feel so much calmer now. Great product, great service.

I have always been using Calm Nature Vitality Mag Powder (I am not advertising for it). 1 tsp and dissolve it in warm water. It fizzles and totally dissolves in water. Potent as it helps me with a good sleep and with constipation issues. Was looking for a local alternative and bought this brand which unfortunately doesn't dissolve at all, even in hot water. Initially used 1/3 tsp as recommended but don't feel the effect. Tried a full tsp and still didn't get any effect. Maybe it is just me. But having tried Mag powder before I was hoping for similar results. Now I find it pointless to even continue trying for its efficacy since it's horrible to consume it unless I pour it into a smoothie. And having tried it 5 times with no desired results, I just gotta bin it and revert to the previous brand.Would really wished it work to support local brands but this just not cutting it.
