Got this to help my nosy ass neighbors to mind their own business. so far so good. Will update.

Love the color... and overall appearance from the outside looking up at the deck. I didn’t like that it came in sizes that didn’t fit my needs, so I had to buy 2 different sizes and cut one of them in half; then attach each half to both ends of the other (larger) size. It was difficult to do but I was successful. Other privacy screens come in a larger variety of sizes but their colors are not desirable for my taste.

The material is actually thicker than what I expected! You can see through it a little but you can’t make out what you’re actually seeing, if that makes sense. I live on the second floor and you can’t see onto my balcony from below, which was the whole point of this screen.You WILL need zip ties, mine didn’t come with any. So if you add this to your cart, add some zip ties as well. Good product!

My balcony used to hold an unused table set and some agave plants but I didn’t use it much because it’s so exposed to the elements and to nosy people as I’m on a corner of a busy street. Then Covid hit and it became my patio garden. I lent a friend the table and chairs and am now growing all sorts of vegetables for the second year. Since my “work from home” attire is mostly pjs and messy hair, I felt so exposed when gardening so I ordered a couple of these from Amazon. This one matched my balcony rails perfectly, was easy to install and I feel so much less exposed. It’s not opaque by any means, you can still see through it, but at least it’s more of an effort to stalk the PJ clad plant lady. I think it is helping with the crazy wind that hits my balcony and it’s held up so far with sun and rain. It also just looks nice. My view was a beautiful oak tree but also a Texaco and a busy street. It is nor flush to the floor so my squirrel visitors can also still come visit from the space underneath and I can easy sweep out there. For the price, definitely worth it! The only thing I would recommend is posting the length of the zip ties because I ended up ordering some thinking they might not be long enough but I used those anyway because they were black and matched better and actually shorter which was a better fit.

I wish it was an inch or two taller, but for $23 bucks I can't complain. We got this to prevent our dog from looking out the patio railing to bark at other dogs and it does just that. It also provides a little privacy which is nice. The zip ties are cheap looking, but we did go for the cheap option, so I'm not mad.

This product has yet to be installed, but I wanted to leave a review to make people aware that even though the seller advertises 'free tiptoes included', mine did not, in fact, come with zip ties. I was going to buy another one if this one lived up to the high ratings, but sadly I am disappointed and will have to look elsewhere

(Very satisfied with this product. Attached it to standard wood deck using multiple bungee ball cords very easily. Seems durable, but I've only had it a short while. (I'd attach an image, but it's got bird netting and tomato plants in front of a LOT of it, so I didn't see the point.) I'd say it has about 5-10% transparency, which is perfect for me AND my tomatoes. Grey stripes matched online image. For the price, I couldn't be more pleased.

This was a perfect addition to a chain link fence area that was a bit of an eyesore. It is semi-opaque, so wind goes through without damaging the fabric, but it blocks our view of the rolling trash can and recycle bin....a constant source of curiosity for our dog. Out of sight, out of mind!
