Great looking light. I'm happy with the ones that work. 3 out of 8 lights arrived defective and are unable to be installed. I purchased these for a new construction house so I bought ahead of time and now the 30 day return period has passed now that the contractor finally installed them. What a waste.

These units are not designed to fit American standard electric boxes. This unit is more than difficult to install. They will not set flush against the wall and the wires are very thin and hard to attach to wire nuts.In the end the amount of light produced is weak but the baffle idea is cleaver and the fixture is heavy metal. If you can mount it they would make nice high lights for art exhibits

Very small little light, probably smaller than is practical for outdoor use. Apart from size; its a great little light and was easy to install.

The media could not be loaded.  Ordered 4 it only worked well 1

Great product and great customer service. Had an issue with one of the lights and a replacement was sent within a couple of days.

Arrived in an unsealed box but all the components looked ok and new.Easy to install, just connect the 3 wires that are clearly labeled (see attached picture).Like most of the electronic gadgets these days, this unit is designed to work worldwide from 85 to 256V @ 50/60Hz. So don’t get hung up on the color of the insulations, it has no bearing on how the electricity works and because most of the world uses different colors than Canada which is just a small part of it.Love its simplicity. Use about 6W but the light is quite bright, perfect for the entrance or hall way.@39.99 is quite reasonable. From what I’ve seen in my hardware stores, outdoor wall mounted lights are more expensive and most are not LED lights, which cost more in electricity bills.

Ordered 3 of these. 2 of them had the plates on the wrong side for the outdoor box. Double checked it to make sure I wasn't going crazy. Saw some other buyers had the same issue. We drilled new holes into the plate in order to install it. Would not recommend.

I've had this item for about 2 months but only got around to installing it a month ago. The light itself works (lights up). The issue is insulation and assembling the item.First thing is that the base doesn't leave any space for the extra wiring coming out of the wall. The old light had an allowance to hide the 2" of wire. So that added pressure to the screws and made it difficult to attach.Second issue is that the drill hole on the base of the light doesn't line up with the other piece; I've tried it every which way!Finally I purchased gorilla tape and that was doing the trick until it got cold. Now it's dangling off the wall. I'm going to drill a new hole in the spring and attempt to put it back up. I've had an electrician look at it to confirm I didn't miss something; the item itself is defective regarding the wrong hole alignment.Another thing to note is that this item does not work well with slats/side paneling as it puts it at an odd angle. That said, it still works.Overall, I would not recommend this product. It's not worth the headache and extra tools required to install.
