This kit was a perfect replacement for my rusted out grill parts. Everything fit right and very easy to install. Very good quality.

Rebuilding a 2006 Ducane grill. Good product for the money. Not the same as the factory parts. Not as heavy stainless, grates are 4 bars less than factory, smaller food might fall in, overall the money for the parts is definitely worth it to get a few more years of cooking. Fitment works out good & parts are well crafted.

Replacement parts for grill -beats buying new grill! Easy to install, only difference grids are a little further spaced apart than what we had but it's not a problem.

I am pleased with these. I would give 5 stars if it weren't for 2 things that are small, but big deals. First. The grate fits perfectly on my Ducane, but the width of the slats on the grates is wider than my original. Second. The tubes have a cold zone closer to the front. Other than that...very nice.1. The tubes - The tubes fit nicely, they have an air intake vale you can adjust to lower or increase flame size. A closed tube produces a higher flame, but will shorten the life of your tubes. They are the exact size for my Ducane grill. which was nice. I did notice that the "outlet" holes on the tubes don't go all the way to the ends, and leave a cold zone towards the front of my grill. I give them a 3 out of five.broken down scoring.Size - 5 out of 5 -Quality - 3 out of 5 - 2 point deducted for cold zoneFunctionality - 5 out of 5 - they product a great flame and work well.Grill Grates -The grates are not the same as the original. While the dimensions are an exact match, they are spaced further apart and the gauge of steel used is smaller than my original. With the original grates, I could cook asparagus directly on the grill and they wouldn't fall through, you couldn't do that on these. A hot dog won't fall through, but smaller things positively would. They also lack the little void that my original grates had which made it easy to access the burners with a match, but I use that to help remove the grates when I need to.broken down scoring.Size - 4 out of 5 - While they fit perfectly, the spacing of the grate slats is a disappointment.Quality - 4 out of 5 - They are a smaller guage than the original.Functionality - 5 out of 5Burner Cover Things -Not much to say here. They fit, which is important. They also seem to be a good quality. They didn't flex and bend when I was inspecting them. Pleased with these. This is the first time i have replaced the grates and heat plates but the second time for the burners. I think i got this ?Ducane grill 14 years ago? It was over $1000 at the time so I want to see if i can stretch it's life out a few more years. I also replaced the regulator for the first time. The grates are a thinner wire gauge than the originals. Not sure if that's good or bad but everything fit well. I guess i could try to sandblast the old ones to get them to look new again but this was an economical replacement. Good package. Thank you.

Fit perfectly, exact replacements for my Ducane grill. Far less than I paid Ducane for the same parts last time.

I bought this kit to replace the worn out burners and deflector plates that were disintegrating in my 5 burner Ducane Grill. It was easy to install and makes the grill look new again (on the inside) and it I have like-new heat dispersion. But I do have a suggestion for the kit. The electronic igniters have also deteriorated. Have an option for the igniters too. One other thing I had to repair was the plate under the burners. The bottom plate, below the burners may not be stainless as it is rusted through. I picked up some steel plates from Home Depot and just layer tgem below the burners.

This package was perfect for my Ducane 30400042 grill. All components fit very well, and are made of quality Stainless Steel. I have used universal replacement parts from Home Depot in the past and they rusted and rotted after 1 season and cost 3 times as much as this top quality set. I highly recommend purchasing. I may even purchase another just to have on hand.
