Ordered this playpen as soon as we knew we were getting a mini-AussieDoodle. Both of us were working from home due to Covid. We use this playpen to keep him safe while working. The playpen is extremely easy to set up, made up of good quality nylon and mesh. Since we used this from Day 1 with our pup, he knows what 'playpen' means and willingly goes in. If we have visitors/workmen in the house and he's getting underfoot, we put him in the playpen. The unit is easily moved from place to place through doorways by partially collapsing it and pulling it through. It has been a fantastic training tool to teach 'sit', 'wait', 'quiet'.The photos above show our dog at 6 months weighing 16 pounds. It is roomy for him, so I don't feel bad keeping him in it for a couple hours at a time. Any accidents we've had have been cleaned up easily. We leave the door open when he's about the house, and he willingly goes in and out. Folds up easily, used it as a place for him to sleep when traveling. Can't imaging our life without this playpen. Yes he could jump out if he wanted to, but we trained him not to (we leave the lid open). He is not a hard chewer though, prob won't be as effective for dogs that demolish toys. Great find!

I bought this for my Boston Terrier puppy. The quality was better than expected and it is still in perfect shape (he is rough on things). He quickly learned how to pull it down and get out when the top was not zipped shut. It really works well as a safe place to put him if we need to shower or leave for a few minutes. I would not leave him in it for any extended time ( I would a smaller or more calm pup). I am glad I purchased

Bought to help with puppy transitioning and training. The bottom is so easy to clean, just wipe right off. I like it so much I wish I bought it even bigger to last him longer and not just for transition, that is the one thing I would do differently. As puppy loves it.

I have a Chihuahua mix puppy who climbed up metal pens and got out and tore through all other fabric type pens I’ve tried. This is so worth the money I wish I tried it first. It folds up small in 10 seconds to tuck away or travel with. It pops up in seconds also. She can’t scratch or chew through it or tip it over. It roomy! I put her small dog house in it when she has to sleep in it at night. It’s easy to get her in and out with the top full opening and side doors. Get it. It’s perfect!

UPDATE 1/31/2023:After leaving this one star review, the company reversed itself and offered a full refund. I increased the rating to three stars, deducting one for poor product quality, which the company tacitly acknowledges by offering a refund instead of the replacement product as requested (they know it will just rip again and haven't taken any steps to improve the design), and a second for poor initial customer service response, trying to weasel out of making things right until I posted a public review. Gave back two stars for finally addressing the CS issue.I would encourage customers in the market for a product like this to pay a bit more and give your business to a company with operations and customer support centers in your home country, not to China-based drop shippers using Amazon as their sole ops and CS channel in your country. I would also still recommend against this particular product for puppies or dogs over 10 pounds or so. The mesh on this thing is just thin string with some kind of sprayed on coating, not nylon fiber as it should be, and it will tear with very minimal force from your pet. As this is marketed as an portable outdoor containment solution, this poses major safety risks for your pet and possibly other people and their pets, depending on temperament and environment. Luckily for me, I only used it as an indoor playpen, and did not have to deal with my puppy getting lost in some national forest from breaking out of this thing while I slept.ORIGINAL REVIEW:My < 30lb goldendoodle puppy tore right through the mesh on the door like it was made of tissue paper. Contacted the manufacturer to ask about a replacement, as it had only been a few months since purchase, and they said their warranty is only 30 days and offered a 20% refund, as is common for Chinese companies doing direct to consumer business on Amazon.If you're going to charge US prices to operate in the US market, you need to be prepared to offer customer service at the level the market expects. Otherwise enjoy the poor ratings.

I love this dog tent. I have 2 little dogs and one big one. My little dogs if I can’t find them they are in the tent. And at night I say go to bed and they run to the tent and stay in there. I zip it shut till morning. My little dogs are 6 years old. So they are calm. I’m not sure how a new pup would do if it was chewing stuff. My big dog could fit in the tent but she has never gone in it. I bought a second tent for downstairs. I love it. One of my little dogs has trouble holding her bladder sometimes and if she has an accident it is so easy to clean up. Just unzip the top. And wipe it out. Yes I’d buy it again.

This is my second playpen. When she was a puppy she chewed a hole in the first one it worked really well until she figured out how to escape. Bought a new one for traveling since she’s older I don’t think she will chew her way out. This one seem a bit more sturdier. She does crawl in it occasionally to sleep
