Pleasant, light flavor. Not overly sweet. Diluted herbal infusion.
This is a unique change from your standard lemon lime sparkling drink. It doesn't have one distinct flavor that takes precedent among the eight different flavoring compounds. Even the "lemon lime" flavor is subdued, almost buried behind the watery herbal tea infusion that is listed as the bulk of the drink. The "tea" part of this is just an herbal brew that is not caffeinated or sourced from green or black tea leaves. It's a mix of lemongrass, elderflower, hawthorn, passion flower, nettle, and horsetail, none of which you can pinpoint in the flavor profile, like I said. All of those herbs, blossoms, roots, etc, have benefits for your body but sadly, not in the diluted amount that is present in these cans. So for the price, you're not getting much considering there's only three grams of collagen in each can which is pretty inconsequential. The rest of the ingredients won't give you much in the way of nutrients or health benefits aside from a little bit of vitamin C. You're mostly paying for a bougie new drink to sip, that's about it.The 30 calories in each can comes from the 6% juice that's in this as well as the scant 3 grams of collagen (which supplies about 12 calories). The juice is grape and grapefruit juice concentrate. The erythritol adds a little sweetness since there's not enough juice added to sweeten this. While there's a mild sweetness and a slight aftertaste, this isn't very sweet and it isn't that sparkling, either.I can taste a hint of the collagen but I have a very discerning palate and am very familiar with the taste of collagen, good quality and bad quality collagen. Most won't notice it and it's not enough to ruin the drink. On a positive note, this company does state that their collagen is from grass fed, pasture raised beef unlike most companies who just use the cheapest collagen they can come by to toss in their overpriced collagen drinks.Maybe if you drank 6 of these cans a day, in combination with a healthy and hydrated diet, you'd reap some benefits....as well as an indecent amount of aluminum and bpa/bps coating from all those cans....but at this price, that's a bit illogical if you're seeking "super herbs, antioxidants", and "radiance" as the cans advertise.I'm basically rating these four stars for the relatively clean ingredients and novel idea but not for the value and not really for the forgettable taste. These are overpriced for what you're getting.

Healthier option
This product is sweetened by ethrynol and a grape juice concentrate. It's only 30 calories a can. It's a nice way to vary from taking a powdered collagen supplement in my coffee, and it's easy to just grab a can from the fridge. Also good if you're trying to kick the soda habit. It's a way of drinking a carbonated beverage without the guilt. As far as taste, It's a light lemon, with some faint herbals mixed in. Taste is subjective, but personally I liked it.

Not as tasty as I expected but it's a natural drink with health benefits. 3.5 stars.
I take collagen protein powder every day and it has made a noticeable difference in my skin, hair, nails, gut health, and joint pain so I know it is the real deal. I figured a little boost certainly couldn't hurt and I love tea. This tea doesn't taste like tea to me. It's very weak and I can barely taste the lemon lime flavor let alone the tea. It's not bad though. I just expected a more flavorful drink. The amount of collagen is low but not bad for adding to my usual amount. It doesn't say much about the collagen in the drink other than to say there are 3000mg of collagen peptides. Not really enough info on the types of collagens to know if it is actually helpful but the enzymes definitely can't hurt. The drink is refreshing when really cold and it is made with natural ingredients. It isn't my first choice of a drink. I prefer real iced tea and sparkling water with a twist of lime but this SKINTE Collagen Sparkling Tea is a nice change now and then. I doubt the collagen in it will do much unless I drank a few cans a day and I will not being doing that. It costs as much for a 12 pack as my big tub of collagen powder that lasts for 30 to 40 days and has much more of the good stuff in it. Still, it can't hurt and it's pleasant enough to have on hand. I don't know if I will buy more because it's pricey and I don't really love the flavor enough to stock up. It is really a matter of taste. If you like it, it is a healthy alternative to sweet drinks and it may also boost the collagen that is in your body which can have good benefits well beyond just skin, hair, and nails. I would rate 3.5 stars but will round up to 4 because it is natural and healthy.

Lemon Lime, plus, what the heck that taste?
All due respect, but, I have only drank one of these so far... I will approach another when ready for it. It says lemon-lime flavor, but there is other flavor stuff going on here!!! I do believe it is healthy, or at least meant to be. At first sip it tasted like lemon-lime, but soon whatever else is in it comes roaring through! Kind of tastes like I am drinking a meat marinade! Hey, maybe that is a good idea actually!!! My apologies to the manufacturer if this is totally intended to be medicinal... I can not say anything against that, but no, I did not feel any benefits after drinking just one. But at about $8/can I should feel something! (At this price perhaps a fine whiskey might better put me out of my pain, and I rarely ever drink!) Another thing is that the package said better to drink cold... well, it took me so long to down this one that is sat out on the counter for a long time in the process, and it became room temperature. Know what? I think I liked it better warm! Maybe I should try making a warm tea out of it. I might like it even better... I am serious!

Refreshing with a boost for your skin and hair.
Often these "health" drinks are an odd mix of expensive and poor taste. I'm very pleased to say that $3 a can buys something that not only tastes good but has a good amount of Collagen. The flavor is something like a mix between a lemon-lime soda and a lite tea. They are easy to drink and have the added benefit of the included collagen. My wife has been trying different sources for her daily collagen and she really feels like it is helping her hair be thicker.Overall happy with the "SKINTE Collagen Sparkling Tea - Lemon Lime - 3000mg Collagen Peptides & Rich in Super Herbs & Antioxidants - Benefits Hair, Skin, and Nails - Zero Added Sugar & Non GMO - 12 oz Pack of 12".
