The steamer is simple to use and simple to store, you can easily dismantle the 3 tiers and put it away when you are done using it so it takes less space to store away. It's simple to use and compartments are dishwasher safe. Produces delicious food that doesn't lack nutrients. You can easily make a meal just by using the 3 tiers which will save you time. The only concern is that if you are using spices that can stain the plastic such as paprika or curry it will stain the plastic but it doesn't hinder the effectiveness of the product. Its relatively quiet and effective little cooker that produces healthy meals and I'm very happy with mine!

Brilliant steamer, and compacts well into drawer, easy to clean, just make sure it's turned on.Only downside is that if you don't have it plugged in the timer still works as its analogue like a twist cooking timer. Only a small orange LED says it's on. So if not turned on at plug timer still dings your veg won't be cooked.

I like my new steamer. It’s big enough for a family or for two people. You can use 1, 2 or 3 steamer trays. When it’s just myself and husband I use just one tray. If the family come round I use all three plus pans etc.It stacks smaller than other steamers as the trays all fit on top of each other. Thus saving soacw

This is a great steamer. We use the first two tiers for steaming vegetables. They cook well within 20 - 30 minutes.

A little bit disappointed, the steam bases tend to misshape during cooking, so I use a bag of old rice to weigh it down,so it sits properly on the main base, Tefal need to make some mods to this product.

Many years ago we had one of the earlier versions of this steamer and it lasted many, many years the only downside with the original one being that the plastic of the tiers would craze.This model uses a different type of plastic for the tiers so that should not be a problem.When our old one gave up the ghost, we searched high and low in the shops for a new one from Tefal and couldn't find one so we purchased two others from different manufacturers - they were hopeless, used to dribble water over the worktop and one make we had three of because they kept breaking in a very short time (three under warranty)When I saw this one by Tefal on Amazon, I immediately placed an order and it is fantastic.Like our old one, it works, no mess, no fuss, easy to use (an added feature with this one that wasn't on the old one is the ability to top up the water reservoir without removing the tiers, which is great).Looking forward to many years of service from this model though I will be pleasantly surprised if it lasts as long as the old one.
