Does the height include the castors ?

Two drawer unit measure 677mm high including the castors when assembled

What size suspension files should I order to fit this please?

Eastlight Premium Filing Cabinet A4 Suspension Files x 2 pks of 10. Perfect fit 👌

Is it. Water and fire proof?

I would imagine as it’s metal it would be fire proof and it could take a spill of water on it but I wouldn’t keep it out in the rain.

Does the cabinet come with suspension files?

From memory. No. Does come with a hanging file bar though
