Like new!!! This is a must for baking students or just passionate

Arrived in Great(!) condition for a used/non-prime purchase. I am pleasantly surprised this used hardback version was listed as “good” condition and, imo, it is like-new. This text book appears very detailed in content and includes pictures. I’m really happy with this purchase. It took almost 3 weeks to arrive with one or two delay notifications. It arrived in a heavy weight brown envelope 3 days earlier than the last notification indicated. I was getting impatient but, in every way, it was worth the wait.

This book is so awesome. I bought this book because I'm attending Escoffier school for culinary arts and prefer the actual textbook instead of the e-book. At first, I did not want to spend that much money on one book, but it was well worth it. This book is like a huge cookbook that gives you the history of baking and gives great knowledge that you will forever use. I definitely recommend if you want to become a pastry chef. this book is one that is worth buying.

The book conditioning is beyond my expectations! This is an excellent book for pastry students, good resource of quality recipes and methods.

I hated to return this textbook as it is beautiful & well written for student, professional & technical bakers alike. Sadly i ordered the wrong textbooks, but Amazon & the seller were very gracious about the whole return & refund process. The return couldn't have been simpler. I took it to the UPS store & showed them the email with bar code. UPS took care of everything.

The condition of this book is amazing, just as described! Also I 🤍 this book, so many detailed recipes and information 🧁

Pricey however no matter where you purchase from. This book has everything and the recipes are endless.
