This cup is actually more adorable than the photo shows. The images are crystal clear. The cup arrived in a sturdy cardboard gift box. The box is white with a big red bow on the side of it. The shipment came in on the first day it was promised! I received a notification the day I placed the order stating that the item had been packaged and was being shipped. I am VERY happy with this purchase.

I am absolutely in love with my mug! It's extremely adorable. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that there is a noticeable smudge on one of the sloths.

Lovely mug! I handwashed the mug just to be safe, but it has been through the dishwasher and came out perfectly fine.

Usually the novelty mugs I get are ridiculously thin so they won't hold heat or they break easily.This is extremely thick and the graphic is crisp. I'll buy more mugs from the same maker for sure.
