what is the difference between 2x Arge/Tall and 2x plus?

I can tell you that I ordered a XL/Tall for my son, who is 6'8" and whose ideal size would be 32 or 33 waist and 36" length. The TALL fit him to a tee. While the waist would've been a bit large, the drawstring makes up for that. ....Therefore, I would guess that TALL are a good 36" length (which is very unusual and hard to find such extreme talls)... and PLUS would just be a standard 32" length.

I'm 6'4", 38 waist, 36 inseam. Will these fit?

Yes. My husband is 6"5 and wears a 50 suit 42 waist....2XL

My boyfriend is 6'5" and skinny (around 170 lbs) - a pretty narrow waist. I have no clue his measurements. What size would be best?

My husband is 6’1” and 200 pounds. He wears large. The elastic waist should make it more versatile for different size men. They may be a little short for your boyfriend but they are just loungewear/sleepwear. My husband says they are really comfortable.
