The last time I purchased a new cord like this I bought it at an office supply store and the single cord cost me more than this 5-pack! These are of good quality and there are no visible flaws. They come in a medium weight plastic bag with a zip-close top. The cords have more of a matte finish than a glossy one, which I like. The length of cord that is uncoiled at each end is about 1.5 to 2 inches, definitely not as long as the picture shows. I've only used 1 out of the 5 cords but it works fine.If you're looking for something like this then these cords are a great choice.

Great price and works just like the original. I would buy this again if needed. My prior cord was so tangled it was useless. The price of these 5 cords was better than the price of a competitor's 2 pack.

Both ends of this phone cord are very short. There is not one long end like it shows in the pic. Makes it difficult to use on phones where the cord is plugged in under the phone base. It also is much shorter than 7.5 feet. More like 3-4 usable feet. It pulls the phone across the desk every time I pick up the phone.

The coil does not retain the shape after a few stretches. It looks ugly and long. After 3 weeks of use, it needs to be replaced.
