We placed two hamsters in this cage. They love to run around the floors. Lots of space, durable material. They don't chew plastic. It didn't take long to assemble it. Pleasant colors fit perfectly into the interior. I like the transparent elements, which make it convenient to observe rodents. Of the minuses: the wheel squeaks, debris falls out of the pipe. But for us this is not a problem. Happy with the purchase.

I can't believe those other reviews are genuine. This cage is horrible. The instructions are Worthless, many of the pieces are clear and it's impossible to tell from their blurry black and white photos what direction things are supposed to face. No words, only pics. The plastic top is cracked all the way through as well as one of the platforms, they are made of cheap, brittle plastic. The wheel is trash, for looks only, no way my mouse would be able to even turn it. The clips to hold it together are flimsy. I am shocked at the issues considering the cost of this thing. We still haven't gotten it together and my husband, daughter and myself have been working on it for 45 minutes. Can't find a way to contact the seller. Can't find decent instructions online. Feels like if we move it, it will fall apart. We've assembled plenty of things from other cages to cribs to bikes and furniture, even IKEA, and have never had issues like these. Ridiculous.Edit: Been a few weeks, never heard back from the manufacturer. Amazon worked with me to send another cage so I could replace the broken top and platform without having to dismantle the whole thing. When I got the replacement out of the box, that top was also broken, in a different place. I gave up and kept the second one since that break was on the side instead of the top. I checked on my mouse tonight and her back leg is broken, since everything in the cage is solid surface the only thing I am think of is she got it caught between where the platform stops and the sides of the cage, since nothing fits together right it left enough space a leg could get in there. This is the worst cage I have EVER purchased, not only is it a piece of trash, and they have no customer service, but the cage is downright dangerous. Do NOT buy this thing.

This cage is pretty nice so far. My 14 year old put it together, so I'd say it's easy to assemble. It's large a roomy. The wheel is on the smaller side, noisy, and is pretty cheap material. We have a bigger, silent wheel but cannot use it because it will not fit in the space. Also, our old cage had side access to remove the hamster for cleaning purposes and this one only has an opening on the top. She said it's harder to get the hamster out this way. Cons aside, this is mostly well made from sturdy material, the packaging was great and nothing was broken during transit, and it's very roomy for our hamster. Overall satisfied.

If you're looking for a hamster cage that your little buddy can't escape from this is is a pretty good one. It was pretty simple to put together and so far my syrian hamster loves it. Definitely big enough for him and he loves the tube on the side. The materials are all sturdy and I'm not scared of any of it breaking. The fact that the door is on the top is also really helpful against escapes. He spent his first few nights trying to figure out how to escape and I'm glad to say I don't think he is gonna find one. This cage is a little pricey but it seems like it will last long enough to b worth the price.

This is a very good cage. It was easy to put together and it has been very easy to clean. There were too cracks in the lid when received. They don't cause a problem with cage use. The wheel is useless so I replaced it. You can't fit a 12 inch wheel in. Based on other reviews I immediately changed the water bottle. It's a good size and is sturdy.

The media could not be loaded. This cage is big nice for two hamster its look really nice but i think the delivery guy slammed the package and it has broken little bit but its awesome

When I placed the order the cage from Amazon, it said the estimate arriving time will be 1~2 months. But Amazon managed to ship the item in about 2 weeks. The cage arrived in great condition. The assembling instruction is very simple but good enough. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the cage, though. Our robo hamster is still getting used to the cage. But my wife and I are very happy with the purchase.

I returned it. Had a hole in the solid plastic base that a hamster had clearly chewed through already, covered in tape that matched the base.. (like a hamster can’t chew tape). It was also missing the platform for the house (shown in picture). It said it was used/ excellent condition with minor blemishes on top plastic. Didn’t see that, just everything else wrong with it. If I wouldn’t have seen the taped up hold, my grand babies hamster would have been lost/dead.

Perfect for a dwarf hamster, lots of room to play and deep enough for tunnels.The exercice wheel broke when I tried to install it. I just bought another one.

Bought this for my 9yr old nephew’s hamster. My nephew assembled it on his own and said it was quite easy. His hamster loves it
