I love the feel of this cube. Very smooth turning and quiet -- no rattle whatsoever. Turns a million times nicer than the Hasbro. My other (more expensive) speed cube cuts better, but has loose corners and rattles enough that my wife can hear it from a different room. This one is a tiny bit smaller than other cubes I have used, but that hasn't bothered me at all -- I might even prefer it.I am not a speed cuber, so I can't really evaluate it from a competitive perspective, but for a person that just likes to solve, or especially a learner, this is a nice cube for the price.

I got this as a gift for my daughter's boyfriend. It's cute and he will love playing with it. Plus I can solve this one since the colors can be moved around :)

I'd always wanted to learn how to solve one of these and had bought several at discount stores before. However, the ones I had bought before were such bad quality when compared to this one that I almost feel that the frustration that came from turning them helped contribute to not having had the patience to learn how to solve the puzzle. This product turns smoothly and the rounded edges really help the whole system turn easily. I can even turn it using only one hand without too much problem. The colors are plastic pieces on the squares and not stickers so they don't fade (or at least havent faded at all for me, and i've used it ALOT). It took me just a few hours to learn how to solve the puzzle with this cube since there was no attached frustration from it getting jammed. I've been using it as a type of stress ball for the past few weeks and I absolutely love it.I don't know if this type of cube would be appropriate if you are trying to set any records for solving it, and i'm no speed cuber, but I do know that I have had no problems at all. For a reference, my fastest time is around 2 and a half minutes. So if you are looking for a cube to learn to solve on, and that feels good quality, this is a good bet.

It's a nice enough cube and a great price.Unfortunately they decided to make it normal cube size instead of making it the right size so that the lego pieces would be on the same "phase" - so you can't build on top of any two pieces, or use longer legos in order to make, for example, a bound cube, for interesting puzzle solving possibilities.

My son always is trying to figure out Rubik’s cubes. This is a great one for him cause he can try to figure it out and then if he can’t take it apart and try again!

Fun toy

It came very quickly and my son has been so happy with it. Smooth turns. The pieces stay on well so far. I would recommend for kiddos that enjoy legos and Rubik cubes.

I’m both a cuber as well as an AFOL. I assume you are too in this review.This cube is a nice niche product. And cool to keep on display. But it is not very practical. The colours are weird (black instead of orange, gray instead of white). And you can of course forget corner-cutting. No popping or locking as of yet, but then again, I’m very slow on this one.The only quality is so-so. I expected the Lego to be fake. But what I didn’t expect was that not all colours actually stick on all sides of the cube. For example, one one side, green plates just jump off, whereas black ones stick. Matching those was a puzzle in itself 🙂All in all, it is an inferior product that you may want to have in your collection because it is a cool idea. But that you would never actually use.
