Install sucks
I like this step for my Super Duty. I have the factory tailgate step but sometimes it is in the way of what you are loading or unloading. The reason I couldn't give it a 5 star rating is the install. The manufacture tells you to use a 20mm deep socket but on a Super Duty the socket won't fit over the lower bolt because it is too long. I can shallow socket over it but the cutout or side access doesn't line up to get an extension or a ratchet handle on even with a wobble extension. I don't want to grind it out to accommodate alignment so my last choice was a short swing, flex head ratchet end wrench which I have on order. Seems like their design engineers really could have planned that part better.Update: So, I ordered my new, very expensive 21mm flex head, ratcheting end wrench, which I will likely never have use of again, and that will not work either. The head of the wrench won't clear the edge of one of the assembly bolts to fit over the bumper nut. Neither will a regular end wrench but without the flex there is no way to swing a regular wrench anyway.I had originally hand tightened the lower bumper bolt thenbwas able to turn it another half turn or so with the deep well socket at an angle, barely contacting one side of the nut, then I ratcheted the top nut tight. Apparently those two bolts are actually a single "U" bolt. When the nuts were off of the bolts moving one loose bolt mirrored movement on the other. Perhaps tightening the top one after partially tightening the bottom will have put enough tension on the bottom one to keep it tight. In the end I would suggest to someone buying this for a Superduty, try installing it with a regular 21mm socket if you don't already have a deep one because I don't think you would need more than a standard socket and an extension, and tighten the lower bumper bolt as far as you can before the top bumper bolt.

Need it for a lifted truck
I would hate not having this. Truck would be too high and I have a hard time climbing up

Good quality difficult to install - need special tools
The holes didn't line up on the initial assembly but I was able to take out one of the bolts from step one and get the bolts from step 2 started then go back and put the other bolt in. The real problem is putting it on the truck. There is one rear bumper nut you cannot tighten with a 21mm deep socket once the step is in place. You can't use a normal wrench because of obstructions. I had to buy a set of half moon wrenches with a 21mm and I was able to do it with that. A stubby wrench would have probably worked too but a 21mm stubby is very hard to find. Overall it's a nice addition to the truck once it's installed.

Just what I needed to help me get into the bed of my 2021 F250
The AMP Research 75313-01A BedStep Flip Down Bumper Step fit my 2021 F250 perfectly. Installation took about ten minutes from start to finish. It is well made and exactly as described. No more carrying a step stool in the back of my pickup to get into the bed.I checked my 21mm shallow well socket before beginning installation, which turned out too short. I found one at my local auto parts house that is about 1/2" deeper than the standard shallow socket, which fit well enough to allow the nuts to be torqued to specs. I used a 3/8" drive socket and wobble extension with an adapter to connect to a 1/2" ratchet. Getting the screws for the plastic step started in the nuts without cross threading them was a little tricky, but other than that, everything fit as it should.I would purchase this step again and will recommend it.
