So, I went to the grocery store the other day, against my better judgement, (I order everything from shpit or Amazon, because I am outnumbered by the tiny humans) I got to the cash register. I casually looked down to the ground, and i noticed one of my children was shoe less. How did i get here, how am i at this point? It was my epiphany. Either I pull it together or admit I've lost it. I chose the former.Enter this little beauty. First off. It's black. Can't go wrong with that. Secondly, it isnt breakable. Score one for that. Third. It provides visual cues for reinforcement of structure. I ordered two, one for schedule and one for chores. So far day two, no catastrophes, but no miracles either. Not that this product claimed to be miraculous, but perhaps I can believe the delusion that it'll help because I spent money. I mean, it worked when i bought a planner, 6 months and I'm still going strong!I bought chalk makers for this. They work. It sticks to the front door, good deal. I'll update if miracles do actually happen with this product. I mean I don't expect them, but you never know

I have been looking for something that is appealing and has space for my sizable family! This is a crisp/sharp dry erase magnet that we are happily utilizing for our family chores! We are really very happy with it. The spaces on the chart are large enough that everyone can read/write on there with no problems! We are using liquid chalk on it and it just looks amazing. It is great for helping our family to stay on track of who is doing what when. I am very happy with this purchase.*** My opinions are my own and we're not influenced by the seller in anyway. I really like this calendar because it's easy to write on with the chalkboard markers (purchased separately). It's easy to wipe clean. The only reasons I'm giving it 4 stars is because the calendar boxes could be a little bigger to give more space to write in. The chalkboard markers are a thicker tip and aren't the fine tip kind. (I don't even think they offer a specific tipped marker). With the thicker tip marker it's difficult to write more than 2 events in one box. Second if the 1st of the month falls on the first Saturday of the month there is only enough boxes for 29 days and not the full 30-31. I understand I can bring those last 2 days of the month to the top of the calendar, but I am just particular about visual perfection. Otherwise, the calendar is great and the materials are sturdy and seem to hold up well.

It works great easy to use and see

I was really excited to try out this chore chart -- same concept of what I'd been doing in notebook paper, without having to rewrite it every week, and without the possibility of a notebook getting lost on the counter. My son was excited about it, too. When I opened the box, though, already some of the white lines and lettering was flaking off, before I even touched it. I re-drew some of it back in with a chalk crayon, but when writing elsewhere on the board, if I would write against a line, the writing would make the line flake off. Not super practical for something that is supposed to be able to be written on. It's too much hassle to return it; worst case I'll get a metallic marker and redraw it all myself, I suppose, but I'm disappointed.

I am very pleased with this purchase. The addition of this dry erase board not only adds a decorative touch to the side of our refrigerator, but it also is a great tool for helping me plan out a weekly menu. I don't always "stick to the plan" of course, but I have found it helps me be more conscious of what we are eating and when. I primarily like it for planning out our evening meals. My goal is to plan around 1-2 meals of seafood per week and only one red meat meal, with the remaining days filled in with poultry or pork, and soups and salads. I like the note areas for jotting down references to recipes I plan to use. While some reviewers were disappointed in the quality of the board, I have not had any problems to date. I find the board both attractive and functional. The colorful markers I purchased are also fun to use and go easily on and wipe easily off with no issues (the ones I purchased were Linkyo Liquid Chalk Markers).

Very disappointed in this chart. I LOVED how it looks in the pictures, but when it arrived it I was disappointed at how cheap it looked. To begin with, the printing of the white lines is horrible and looks faded throughout. The black background is not a vibrant black as shown in the picture where bright florescent color markers will pop. Sort of reminds me of an old worn out chalkboard. The next thing is markers will not write well on it at all and definitely do not show up well as shown in the photo or come off very well in order to rewrite something new. I have to really scrub to get the marker off. Finally the overall layout is very small and hard to use. The boxes are very small and hard to write in and circle sticker magnets really do not fit in the the boxes - they overlap. This product is poorly made.
