Just received this item today as I was hoping to give it as an engagement gift this weekend. I found the engraving to be way to light and not legible. I had asked for a Z for the initial and they sent a G which is not the first letter of the last name that I requested. I see I will be refunded minus return shipping and re stocking feels. I don't think that is quite fair.

the board itself is a nice size and has a nice and heavy feel to it and the wood itself looks greatbut the engraving.... leaves something to be desired. you can barely see the engraving. The letters are cut very nice and clean... you just can’t see them unless you’ve got your face in the board!! If the letters were nice and dark like in the preview pictures I’d say this would be worth every penny..

Love the actual product. Gift from my son for my birthday. It clearly shows JULIE’S KITCHEN on the order. How did you produce and ship ULIE’S KITCHEN? It’s my birthday present. I want a replacement with the correct spelling.

This cutting board is beautiful, efficient, and of good quality! Certainly a much nicer purchase than what I would’ve gotten at a chain store. It’s also thicker than I expected which is nice. The words are lighter than I’d like, but I knew this would be a gamble considering the reviews. Nevertheless, I went with the purchase bc I wanted to bring a more personalized feel to my kitchen, especially as much cooking as I do. Also, the board has a very very strong, lasting smell which I’m guessing is the wood. I just received the board today and so I’m hoping the smell will fade away...

I was shocked they were able to do custom and get to us in 2 days via prime!! The work is beautiful , I was looking on Etsy for a similar product and they were $30+ more and took about 3-5 weeks to get it!! So happy I found this. Awesome awesome

Ordered the cutting board for a housewarming gift ( so cannot speak to the durability). The First names of all the family members surrounded the last name on the board. It Looks beautiful. I am so impressed that it was engraved and shipped out within a couple of hours and arrived in two days. Many personalization companies said that it would take weeks to make and ship. I’m so impressed and will definitely be ordering more as gifts.

This is a beautiful cutting board . It’s a great gift idea for anyone, who doesn’t like to see their name “in lights”? All kidding aside, the website was very easy to use, at first, I thought it might be tricky because the name I was using is hyphenated. But nope , it fit easily and there really is no limit on what you put to personalize it. Then, it arrived so quickly! I think it came on the 3rd day after I ordered it. And they offer many designs from more simple to more frilly which I liked, with the filigree design. It’s just beautiful. For me, I’m ordering it as kitchen decor, I ordered a stand to display it. It’s too pretty to actually use. Highly recommend. From great product to great customer service and great website.
