The cable is quite thick and sturdy, so I can't imagine it breaking under any minor strain any time soon. There's no noticeable loss of signal and the cable seems to stay firmly in place once connected All good. Would recommend

This cable is a good monitor cable that I wanted to work in "deep colour" and be accurately calibrated. It was fine for that purpose (2K not even 4K, only at least 10-12bit colour). The cable is on the higher diameter variety and I have an old VGA cable about the same. It isn't as inflexible as some make out. Note the plugs do not have the tiny sprung loaded claws that you release with a button if you want to extract the plug from its socket. It means they are easier to pull out. Seems OK hanging vertically down out of my monitor socket. You may see this as a plus or minus. Maybe that's the basic bit. A star off as the cable and plugs are without any markings. If I were to look at this in years to come I won't have a clue it is an 8K cable. Also the address label was stuck on the box on top of the product labelling which gives the spec of the cable inside. I can't peel it off without tearing the label beneath to check what it is I have received. Basically I've got a fat black cable that works. Dear Amazon - please stick your delivery labels on the opposite side to the product label on Amazon Basics product boxes. Thanks. Or put a little label inside the box or get your cables marked

Works as expected. Fits nicely into the display port and is held in place really well. The clip is nice and easy to release and have no issues at all.

Lo he estado usando con dos monitores y va como un tiro. El cable se nota robusto, los conectores encajan firmes y no hay tirones ni interrupciones raras. En 4K a 120 Hz funciona genial, sin artefactos ni historias. Es el típico cable que conectas y te olvidas, como debe ser. Para quien necesite algo fiable sin gastar de más, este va de maravilla.

I have found all the Amazon Basics Cables to be real winners with outstanding Quality and just all around best Cables money can buy. I only used this particular Cable briefly. I found that I didnt need that fancy extra GPU for my Computer so took out the GPU to use the Integrated Graphics instead which works much better on my Computer for my Digital Audio Workstation needs. But the mere fact that this Cable worked so well is what led me to remove that stupid big fancy expensive GPU and go with the Integrated Graphics which gives my Monitors a better picture and leaves me a lot more Computer Power for my Audio Software to do its thing. If you need this Cable certainly buy it! Its a good one.
