it’s just OK..Not overly impressed with the sturdiness..I think next time i’ll spend a little more and maybe get a better Tray. I don’t expect this one to last long.

The item is deep enough to hold a large fish or steak. What it cannot do on the weber is to turn over without leavimg the handle attached. It would be great on any grill where the grate in even with the outside edge of the grill. That is why I gave it that rating

Just what I wanted.

The media could not be loaded.  I researched a good amount of products before purchasing this one. Many others are either far too thin (meaning they can only hold thin fish filets while fully closing) or they have a cheap mechanism to lock in both sides from opening and spilling when you flip them on the grill.I'm satisfied with this product on all fronts. The metal grates are high quality and easy to clean with a metal scrubber (by far the easiest method with cooked on fish). If you make sure to get the grates hot before adding the fish, and oil the grates, usually your fish will not stick and will fully detach.I do sometimes cook full fish and this wouldn't close all the way with that much bulk (branzino shown in video) but I easily made it work by just adjusting the clamp on the handle depending on which side I needed.Great addition to my grilling arsenal.
