We installed this shower system during our bathroom remodel and it looks amazing. The matte black finish is sleek and modern and matches the rest of our fixtures perfectly. The 10-inch rain shower head gives great coverage and feels very relaxing, like a hotel-style shower. Water pressure is consistent and even, with no issues so far. The handheld shower is also a nice addition for rinsing and cleaning. Installation went smoothly with our plumber, and everything feels solid and well made. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend it if you’re looking for a clean, modern rain shower setup.

We purchased this shower system in August 2025 in prep for renovations taking place shortly after. We hired a professional plumber to install it. Once the plumber started ‘testing the system’, he indicated the inner cartridge was malfunctioning and we should contact the manufacturer for a replacement cartridge. There was no support from the manufacturer, and the defective item cost us an additional 20 percent of the original cost. In addition this situation confirmed that there is no warranty on the product. We must give Amazon Kudos because once the issue was raised with them, they covered the replacement cost of the cartridge. We will never purchase from this manufacturer again. It’s all show with absolutely no support.
