DC Power Jack Charging Port Cable Replacement for Dell Inspiron 17 7000 7778 i7778 7779 i7779 Series 6VV22 06VV22 P30E P30E001

This part is for the DELL 2in 1 laptop. If you go to the Dell Website, and click on what they recommend you will get a cable that is too small and it will not stretch for the connector to fit. Still waiting for Dell to send a label to return it. This cable is about 3/8 inch longer and fits like the original. Came quickly and made by the same company that makes the Dell part. Also this is 1/2 the cost from Amazon vs from Dell.

The computer is charging so it worked.

Dell places power jacks on the side of laptops which depends on where your house plug in is. If it is opposite of the laptop the you will put strain on the input jack and cord. Over a couple of years it wears out .This replacement worked great and was easy to install.

The part was exact and easy to replaceI now need to order a battery for same model laptop

Plug-in Replacement

I ordered this part because I had a very important nursing board exam coming up and I’m the middle of studying, my laptop fell with the charger 🔌 connected. This caused my charging port to break where it’s connected. The price was great and shipping was speedy but it isn’t supply power. It’s faulty and not worth the $30 Lyft ride to return it.

so far so good i got this a year or so ago and so far its still working as it should as long as u know how to change stuff out this is super easy to swap took me about 5-7 mins to change the port thing that took the longest was removing all the screws
