How long will this battery work in a watch?

Not sure. Depends on the watch. They are so cheap I don't sweat it. My wife has collection of cheap "fashion" watches, so just buy various size batteries.

Can i just use the same size battery in my watch as this... I cant imagine habing 20 different battieries for watches

There are many different sizes of batteries. You must use the same # associated with the battery currently in your watch. If this battery is the same #, great. If not, don't use it.

Are these the same as LR920 1.5 volt?

Pretty sure they are, in fact these (SR920) are silver oxide instead of alkaline and should last longer. So yes, they will work and most likely last longer. 🙂👍

i have not ordered or received sr920sw batteries. i received sr521sw with expiration date of 06-2013. my best guess i received these batteries app. 09-2103, about 3 months past the expiration date. i read a comment that indicated the batteries have no expiration date. my sr521sw's clearly has an exp. date of 06-2013.
