It's not sheer and was of a much heavier weight than I expected. It's pretty stiff but I'm sure that will improve with washing as with any linen. It's exactly what I was wanting, seems like a nice quality. Looking forward to working with it.

Material was not cut square. Had to order more material to finish my project because the material was not properly cut by sender

I washed in the washing machine upon arrival...edges got pretty frayed. I would suggest hand washing.
