Poor quality
So disappointed one of the popcorn balloons wouldn't fill up properly! the E S and M all split when inflating! Not what I was expecting!

But two of these .... just in case .
I was very excited to get this.My husband love love loves the Oscars.However ,Our “S”, popped so easily.....the “M”. Exploded....There where no replacements for just in case.So instead of floating we had to hang the balloons from a wood rafter in my garage. Thank God we could tape the M to allow us to even hang this. To make it look like some kind of decoration.
