Good Product. Bigger than you think.
I bought this as part of our emergency kit for high-altitude hiking/climbing in ice and snow on our last trip. We've learned the hard way having a good quality, quickly and easily deployable line+carabiners is a real necessity. Fortunately we didn't need it in-action this last trip, it but it's a robust product for sure. Equal to ones you might find in a typical mountain shop.This is a bit bigger and heavier than one might expect. If you are building your pack to minimize weight and space, keep that in mind.I'd still rather have it and not need it....

Its real!
I just got mine so i haven't used it yet. I just did a basic rope inspection and im impressed. I have some high end expensive rope and this easily seems to be just as tough and durable. Far better than expected and has some serious heft to it. Probably maxing out my weight capacity that i like but i definitely feel like i can bet my life on it.

Feel safe on the roof with these.
I used these to get on the roof to clean the chimney and they felt really strong and I felt more secure than ever.The hardware is very good and again, felt very safe on the roof

I have 5 or 6 of these in different colors. Orange is my favorite for safety. I used them to secure ladders, lift or lower light items to and from rooftops, pull on things, pretty much any use you can think of. My original rope is maybe 6 months old of daily use and still awesome shape. I liked them so much I literally bought a bunch more. The carabiner clips that come with them are handy, and durable because they are steel not aluminum. I drop my ends from 2-3 stories up after I lower the last item so steelIs appreciated for when they hit the ground. A little slow with the locking barrel being screws down and not partial twist opening lock style but that’s a nit pick. Price is awesome. I could imagine this being good for boats, RV, tool box on a toy hauler, camping gear, etc.

I use this rope to climb trees to keep me safe. It’s only 10 m but it was very efficient and usable.
