I have shoulder length hair which is straight and fine. I researched this product before buying, and I must say that my hair has never felt more soft and luxurious. It smells so good. I tried a different shampoo and conditioner from this company a few years back, and I still love it the most. So I decided to take a chance on this combo. It. Is. Fantastic. Had to get used to the smell at first, which is full out salon uber smell. But it fades and shortness of my otherwise, unruly curly hair, is unparalleled. Amazing.

I do love how soft my hair feels after using this shampoo. I did not realize there would be a huge piece of ginger in the bottle and was taken aback by the looks of it. The scent is a little strong from my taste. However, I can tell the difference of the way my hair feels after using this shampoo/conditioner. I was using Pura d'or prior and like this better. I will keep using and will look out for one with a different scent if they ever make one. This is a keeper!

I was drawn to the Ki Gold Ginseng Blossom Shampoo & Treatment Set, unfazed by the warnings about its scent because I typically enjoy the smell of ginseng. To my surprise, the products didn't carry the expected ginseng aroma but instead smelled like outdated floral perfume. Although not overwhelmingly strong, it took some effort to become accustomed to it. The shampoo, while promising, ended up drying out my scalp more than anticipated, pushing me to mix it with another shampoo I had on hand. The conditioner's performance was satisfactory, but it was plagued by the same unpleasant scent.Adding to the disappointment, the shampoo's pump top broke within the first week after a minor fall, revealing a discrepancy between the product's luxurious appearance and its actual durability. Despite my enthusiasm for the potential benefits of ginseng, this set fell short of my expectations. While not the worst experience, it's not one I'm keen to repeat, and I'll be looking elsewhere for my ginseng-infused hair care products.

So excited to try this for my hair, but the conditioner arrived with the pumped completely snapped off and the shampoo leaked a bit. Still hoping to enjoy the products, but annoyed I won't be able to use the pump on the conditioner.
