Our above ground pool has a deck built completely around the perimeter. This makes it very hard to install the winter covers. This year I decided to look for something to help on the side that has the largest expanse from any railings I can tie to. I put these between the deck boards and secured with adjustable bunjie coords. So far it has held up very well through wind and rain. No snow yet but they have been staying strong.

These are great for drying out your tent on your deck. I also use them to set up the kids tent for them to play with. Not the strongest things built but work well for intended use

It worked for our platform tent experience… many of the pieces are a little warped after one time use… not build to last more than 1-2 tent experience… and length of the stake isn’t long enough to actually get into the wooden platform gaps correctly we had to make do… wish this product was sturdier and lengthwise slightly longer…

I'm so glad I learned about these anchors from a You-Tube camping enthusiast. Such a small device but so smartly designed! I used all ten of these hooks to hold our Clam Gazebo onto our wooden deck for 6 months (May - October) in New England. The gazebo stayed up from Spring to Fall withstood six months of sun, wind, rain, dogs and squirrels and the hooks stayed put the whole time. I never had to adjust them. We finally took the Gazebo down at end of October and pulled all the anchors up to make it easier to shovel snow this winter. EVERY anchor was still very snug and I even had to apply some force to twist the anchor so it could come up. I highly recommend! If I ever need more anchors, I'm definitely buying these - not even going to search for alternatives.

I purchased these anchors to use with a new gazebo. We didn't want to drill holes into our decking. These hooks fit perfectly between the boards and then twist to hold them in place. Very easy to install and remove if necessary. Secure a sturdy rope from the included carabiner clip to the gazebo and you're all set! It hasn't moved an inch in heavy winds.

I love the ease of using these deck anchors rather than the cable and winch system that came with our pool cover. You just push the anchor between the boards, turn 90 degrees and let the spring create the tension. Then you just go around and clip the grommets to the carabiners. The only reason I'm not giving 5-star is I think it's a bit pricey for what it is, and for a 16' x 24' pool it requires 3 packs to cover all of the grommets. Luckily, it's a one time purchase.

We used it with rope and directly to eyelets on a tarp, to hold it down to a composite deck. Worked well. Don't need the carabiners, but they did make the jub much easier!

This product worked like a charm and was so easy to use on wooden platforms. Loved it and made my trip so much easier for set up and tear down!
