Ideal for keto diet and low carb
Let’s be clear, these are no pasta or rice. Thus, there is no flavor at all. But the texture remains a lot that of noodles and sometimes it feels great - just for the texture. The noodles, pasta and rice of konjac will marry well with any sauce you have and take its taste. The portion of one pack is enough for one person - normal appetite I would say. Thus, if you are two, you would easily use two packs — and more if this is your main meal.Anyway, it’s a nice variety of konjac pasta/rice. Of course it remains more costly than normal pasta and rice, but it’s low carb and you eat less of it

A great substitute for pasta!
I heard about these from Autumn on Bodi & wanted to try them. They're great!! It's a veggie that you can use in place of pasta. It does NOT have the taste or the consistency or the mouthfeel of pasta. But, it was great with my stirfry & also with veggies. It comes with a lot of water in the pouch, so I put it in a small skillet on Low & evaporated the liquid. While I wouldn't have this when I'm craving spaghetti, it's great for pairing with other foods. Best of all, it counts as a veggie rather than a carb! Woohoo!!

Must Read: Delicate Stomachs
I bought this sampler pack in effort to cut out carbs and eat healthier. I am giving it 4 stars because the product is super easy to use and it’s flavorless - so you can add whatever type of sauces or broths and it will taste great! The texture is also great - firm enough and not at all paste-like! I made chicken meatballs with marinara sauce and I used the spaghetti style Miracle Noodles for the “pasta.” BUT - please be aware that it made my entire family very sick. Our stomachs were turned upside down. We had never tried this type of product before and had not heard about the possibility that it could upset your stomach. My husband and older son have tough stomachs. My smaller son and I have more sensitive stomachs. We could not get out of the bathroom! Stomach pains, nausea…it was awful. I am really bummed out because I loved the product!! I want to try the other packets but I’m too afraid that I’ll end up with another full day on the toilet. We eat chicken meatballs and the same marinara sauce all the time. So I am certain it was the noodles as it was the only new ingredient we added to our diets and we all got very sick immediately after. Otherwise, this is an excellent product and great value for the 8 pouches. Just be sure you don’t consume an entire bowl before perhaps testing a small amount to see if it upsets your stomach.

An acquired taste
After researching how to make the noodles palatable and trying it out a few times, I have to say that I'm not a fan. It's like trying to eat tasteless slugs.Still, if you want to try, here's what I did:1. Thoroughly rinse noodles in clean fresh water2. Toss in 2 tbs lemon juice and let stand for a few minutes3. Thoroughly rinse again and drain4, heat 1 tbs oil in pan and cook noodles, stirring constantly until they squeak when pressed. Yes, they really do squeak. Now they are ready to enjoy with sauces and vegetables. But I still could not like them. As I said, it's an acquired taste

A must try!
Don't let the negative comments stop you from trying these. I almost didn't buy them but I'm so happy I did. The consistency is not bad at all. There's no taste but you can spice them up. For 10 calories for a whole bag 1/2 a bag fills me up quickly. I put roasted chicken on top and spice it up. I find it delicious!

Different
It’s ok and is good for low carb diet. But takes some getting used to the texture. If your using it for spaghetti I would suggest angel the others are way to thick

They are diabetic friendly & have almost no taste so mix well with anything.
There’s really nothing that I dislike about this product. They are easy to use very fast to prepare with a texture like rice noodles. They work in soups or casseroles. I also use them as spaghetti noodles because they are gluten-free and diabetic friendly. My family even likes them and they can eat anything.

Great!
Once you get passed the sort of strange texture, these are a great way to add bulk to any meal without the calories. I am on a diet and love the guilt free eating! The "noodles" and "rice" don't have any flavor on their own, so they really should be eaten with some kind of sauce. I love them with butter, garlic, mushrooms, onion and tomatoes. A little salt and pepper and its ready to go. I have prepared them in both the microwave and stir fry and enjoy them both ways.
