Potentially helpful -- promising
A "first time" experience with this particular tool and a promising one. I use acrylic clear sheets in much of my modeling, always cut into various parts. Small, close work, carefully done and often repeated. Not simple. Time wioll tell but I think this tool will definitely help.

Effortless. Worked above expectations.
Ok I was skeptical about this and put off scoring this 1/4” the plexi glass that was $65 as brittle and chipped at corners. But took me few passes and was able to just snap off piece where I wanted to score it. Thumbs up here. Effortless.

Cuts well.
Works very well, but I wish it had a case for storage. There is an exposed blade.

Decent but not great
This is a decent little cutter for lightweight materials like cardboard or flexible plastic/rubber. It struggles with .093" polycarbonate sheets. The handle is entirely plastic and cannot withstand much application of force. There is no cap or cover for the blade so you need to disassemble and store in the handle to avoid danger.

Did not work for me
This did not work for me, I ended purchasing a jigsaw blade for plexiglass that was fantastic
