The right balls for Roll Model
Though a bit expensive the original balls are very good, if you are following the Roll Model movements. They are expensive as they are imported from the US, so delivery charges, etc get added on. But quality is the best. Mostly, you may not get other brands with the same quality.

Ces petites balles de massage, bien que plus chรจres que la concurrence, me semblent plus durables que celles que j'ai pu acheter par le passรฉ et qui perdaient progressivement leur forme ronde, et par consรฉquent perdaient tout intรฉrรชt (massage moins profond, balle qui ne roule plus). Je les utilise maintenant occasionnellement, elles servent essentiellement pour mon dos pour libรฉrer certaines tensions localisรฉes.

Really gets into the sore spots along my spine! The balls feel like good quality. They add just the right touch!

Excellent mobility tools
These are better than lacrosse balls - well, maybe enough to say they're significantly different. First, they are not as slippery as lacrosse balls. They have a bit of grip to them, with just enough give that they reach into the muscle and effectively massage it. Great that there are two packaged in a mesh bag and so can be used together as a single unit. I will be interested to see what their life-span is. BTW - I also bought her book and follow Kelly Starret on YouTube as well as using his book HOW TO BE A SUPPLE LEOPARD and all are helpful, essential really, guides to using these balls.
